Ron & Claudia Classen – Owners
Ron’s career with ServiceMaster began in 1974. He started as a housekeeping director in Hospitals and advanced in the organization until he and Claudia decided to buy their own franchise in 2003. He holds an undergraduate degree in organizational leadership from Biola University and a master’s degree in human resources from Chapman University. 

Craig Classen – General Manager
Craig has been with the franchise since 2004. He comes with previous management experience in construction and the food service industry. His career goal is to ultimately replace his Dad at retirement and continue to lead ServiceMaster Commercial Cleaning Services as the premier business cleaning company in Ventura County.

We are privileged to serve about 200 customers in Ventura County. The business has had its home in Ventura County since 1988 and presently employees approximately 110 individuals. Our services include:

1. Janitorial Services, daily, weekly and monthly
2. Commercial carpet cleaning services
3. Commercial hard floor stripping and re-finishing services
4. Window washing services
5. Post construction clean up
